Check that all checkout and ordering settings are correctly configured for B2C and B2B customers, and sales agents based on your needs.

Setup > Sales documents

Check if you correctly configured the sales documents settings for B2C and B2B customers, and sales agents. You can enable and disable certain features, such as return orders, quote to order conversion, sales agreements, edit orders, reordering, etc.

Setup > Ordering > Tax

Make sure that presentation of taxes is configured correctly, and taxes are correctly shown in the shopping cart. Pay attention that you can configure it differently for B2C and B2B customers, and sales agents.

Check the shipping types that you need. If you are going to use the external shipping provider, make sure that the necessary shipping add-on is installed.

Setup > Ordering > Shipping

Set up the necessary shipping add-on and shipping methods. Check that they are shown during checkout in the webstore.

Make sure that weight and dimensions are set for the items in ERP, if you use shipping methods which require this information to calculate shipping costs.

Setup > Ordering > Payment

Check the payment types that you need. If you are going to use the external payment provider for online payments, make sure that the necessary payment add-on is installed.

Check that the correct payment type is selected for B2B customers, credit limits and online invoice payments are enabled/disabled (B2B webstore).

Setup > Ordering > Payment

Set up the necessary payment add-on and payment methods. Check that online payments are successfully processed when creating orders or paying invoices in the webstore (one step and multistep checkout).

Check that sales orders created in the webstore are correctly saved to your ERP system and payment statuses are successfully updated by the payment service provider.
