An important part of your webstore administration is managing the delivery of products to your customers. Before you go live and take your first order, you need to decide what shipping methods and services you want to use, and then set up them for your webstore so that your customers can choose the preferred shipping method at checkout.

To set up shipping methods, in Sana Admin click: Setup > Ordering > Shipping.

Before you start to set up shipping methods, think about what can have an influence on the delivery of your products, destinations you will deliver to.

Sana Commerce Cloud supports different shipping options out of the box and integrates with third-party delivery services.

Sana's Shipping Methods

Using the shipping methods available in Sana out of the box, you can create shipping methods with fixed shipping costs based on the country of delivery, order total and weight of the products.

Third-Party Delivery Services

Sana Commerce Cloud provides real-time integration with FedEx, Purolator, UPS, USPS and nShift delivery services. The external delivery services are available as add-ons which can be installed directly from Sana Admin using Sana Apps.

If the add-on is installed, the shipping costs are calculated by the delivery service real-time depending on the selected shipping method, customer's shipping address, actual weight and dimensions of the package.
