Webstore Header for Mobile Devices

Now you can create a custom webstore header not only for desktop but also for mobile layout. There is a separate template that you can use to create a header for the mobile layout.

Also, we have separated some content elements that can be used exclusively to create webstore headers for desktop and mobile layouts.

Webstore Footer for Mobile Devices

Just like with the webstore header, you can now also create custom webstore footers for mobile layout. A new template with a set of content elements is now available which you can use to create webstore footers for mobile layout. The same content elements are used for both desktop and mobile layouts.

Added New Settings to the Desktop Header Content Elements

We added a lot of new settings to the content elements that are used for the desktop header, like font family, size, color, background color, icon color, etc., so that you can style these content elements just the way you need. We added new settings to the following content elements:

In addition, we added the Item height setting to the Cascading main menu (desktop) and Multi column main menu (desktop) content elements. Using this setting, you can set the necessary height of the top-level menu items, so that it perfectly fits your webstore design.

We also improved performance of the main menu, especially when it is loaded for the first time.

Removed Sticky Header

Sticky header is no longer available on any device. The webstore header is now always at the top of the page and is not shown when the user scrolls down.

Bug Fixes

One of the benefits of the minor releases on a regular basis is that you constantly receive bug fixes. Below you can see the list of some bugs that we fixed in this release. We do not add all bug fixes, but only the most important ones, since there are many technical fixes, minor design fixes, or performance-related fixes that we do not add to the release notes.

  1. Fixed issue with showing the option Deliver the order to a different address in the checkout, even if the setting Allow custom shipping address is disabled in Sana Admin.
  2. Fixed issue with showing the content in the webstore that is possible to show when there is no ERP connection.
  3. Fixed issue with calculating and showing shipping methods when products have discounts in ERP. Product discounts were not taken into account when checking shipping methods availability.
  4. Fixed issue with paying invoices online when the webstore switched to the maintenance mode. The page not found error is shown instead of the message about the invoice payment status update.
  5. Fixed issue with showing the requested delivery date in the UTC format.
  6. Fixed issue with previewing pages when the ERP connection is not configured.
  7. Fixed issue with tracking purchases using Google Tag Manager when a customer pays an order online and does not return to the webstore after successful order placement but closes the browser tab or browser itself.
  8. Fixed issue with redirecting to the basket page when a credit card is removed from the extra checkout step of the payment service provider.
  9. Fixed issue with editing product specifications retrieved from the related ERP tables in the in-site editor.
  10. Fixed issue with the View package contents link which is not shown to a sales agent who is not allowed to see prices and stock in the webstore.
  11. Fixed issue with the incorrect external URL that has a parameter after it has been added to the image and saved.
  12. Fixed issue with previewing the Order confirmation and Sales agreements system pages.
  13. Fixed issue with processing an order created in the maintenance mode when all shipping methods have been disabled in Sana.
  14. Fixed issue with showing the button Show next 10 sales agreements on the My sales agreements page when the Show all filter is applied.
  15. Fixed issue with displaying webstore header incorrectly in the in-site editor.
  16. Fixed issue with removing folders and multiple files in the file manager in Sana Admin.
  17. Fixed issue with loading more products on the list page in the in-site editor.
  18. Fixed issue with tracking extra payment step in Google Analytics during checkout.
