Prerequisites
To access and use the Performance & growth page of the Commerce Console:

Your Sana Admin user account must be assigned the E-commerce manager role. For more information, see User Management.

The webstore administrator must enable the necessary permissions on the Consent management page to see all data and metrics at full capacity. Sana needs access to both online and offline data to display the required values and metrics in the widgets. If access to certain data is restricted, some information may not be shown on the Performance & growth page.
