Edit System Pages

With almost every Sana Commerce Cloud release we give you the ability to edit more and more system pages. Sana Commerce Cloud becomes more and more flexible in editing content. This allows webstore owners to create unique webstores, dramatically different in design.

Sana webstore administrators can now edit 13 more system pages the way they want:

• Registration
• Login (closed store)
• Reset password (closed store)
• Quotes
• Orders
• Invoices
• Shipments
• Return orders
• Return receipts
• Credit notes
• Sales agreements
• Create return order (invoice-free)
• Create return order (invoice-based)

These pages consist of several standard content elements which can be re-arranged. You can also add other content elements to the pages.

Export and Import Page Elements & Messages

Webstore administrators can now export and import page elements and messages. These are the default texts of the Sana webstore interface. This is the most efficient way to update the default webstore interface texts in bulk. Sana uses CSV (comma-separated value) files to perform this kind of bulk task.

You can export and import page elements and messages in all available languages.

You can export and import page elements and messages to help with several tasks:

• Creating a backup of all webstore interface texts if you have changed a lot of them, for example.
• Editing the webstore interface texts in bulk using a spreadsheet and updating them.
• Exporting the webstore interface texts from one webstore and importing them to another. This can be useful if, for example, you have changed a lot of texts in one webstore and their translations and want to make the same changes in another webstore.

Closed Store Background Image

If your webstore is closed, the Login, Forgot password, and Reset password pages will only have a form and no other content. To make these pages more attractive, you can add a background image.

Previously you could add a background image in a webstore theme. Because we have made many system pages fully editable, you can now use the background image in the row settings to add a background image to the necessary pages.

Deleting Several Product Images and Videos from Product Pages

You can now select several product images and videos on a product page in Sana Admin and delete them. Previously, Sana Admin users could delete one image or video at a time.

Bug Fixes

One of the benefits of the minor releases on a regular basis is that you constantly receive bug fixes. Below you can see the list of some bugs that we fixed in this release. We do not add all bug fixes, but only the most important ones, since there are many technical fixes, minor design fixes, or performance-related fixes that we do not add to the release notes.

1. Fixed issue with the in-site editor when the webstore is opened without header and footer.
2. Fixed issue with disappearance of the search bar in the shopping cart and create a return order page when changing webstore language.
