Backorder Lines
We're excited to announce the launch of our new feature: Backorder Lines!
With backorder lines, webstore customers can effortlessly track items from their orders still awaiting shipment. They need to log in to their account and navigate the order history to get a clear overview of all outstanding items and their quantities. This means that customers can now view all their backordered items and quantities in one place, without the need to dig through individual orders.
Based on sales orders in your ERP system, customers get accurate and real-time information about items still pending delivery. This helps to reduce uncertainty and keep them informed about expected delivery dates. Also, it makes it easier to plan and manage purchases.
We believe backorder lines will make your customers’ online shopping experience more transparent and convenient.
Edit the "Company Details" System Page
To replace the old system page where you could only add content above and below the page, we created a new completely editable Company details system page that serves as a profile for B2B customers.
On the Company details page, B2B customers can view key details such as a name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number, zip code, etc. Keeping this information up-to-date ensures accurate communication and helps to streamline seamless interactions between a merchant and a customer.
Added Quantity and UOM Selectors to Content Elements Displaying Products
For the convenience of webstore customers, we added the product quantity and unit of measure selectors to the shopping cart offers, last viewed products and product set content elements. Now, before adding a product to the shopping cart in the webstore, a customer can enter the quantity of a product, and if there are multiple units of measure for a product, a customer can choose the necessary one. In this way, a customer can add a product to the shopping cart already with the correct unit of measure and in the right quantity without opening the product details page.
Enhancement for Sales Document Header Fields
In this release we added the possibility to show the Shop account email, Authorization status and Outstanding amount fields in the header of certain sales documents:

Enhancement for Replacement Tags in the E-mail Templates
We have improved the usage of a few replacement tags in our e-mail templates based on our customers’ feedback.
Previously, the [WEBSITEDOMAIN], [SHOPEMAIL], and [SHOPPHONE] replacement tags were used only in a few e-mail templates. Now, they are available in all e-mail templates ensuring a consistent experience in your communications. Additionally, the [WEBSITEDOMAIN] replacement tag displays the full link to your webstore.
Bug Fixes
One of the benefits of the minor releases on a regular basis is that you constantly receive bug fixes. Below you can see the list of some bugs that we fixed in this release. We do not add all bug fixes, but only the most important ones, since there are many technical fixes, minor design fixes, or performance-related fixes that we do not add to the release notes.
- Fixed an issue with the search on some pages in Sana Admin. When a large number of characters is entered in the search bar a page stops working.
- Fixed an issue with the missing product images on the product details pages in the webstore.
- Fixed an issue with the shopping cart and checkout pages working incorrectly when the ERP connection settings are invalid.
- Fixed an issue with the product group field which is not available for sorting on the product list pages.
- Fixed an issue with the lowest price for a product in a product group not showing on the product list page.
- Fixed an issue with the Add to list content element missing on the product pages in Sana Admin when the Floating "Add to cart" button for desktop B2B page layout option is enabled.
- Fixed an issue with the Content indexing scheduled task which does not start according to the schedule.
- Fixed an issue with the address autocomplete where the State field is not filled on the registration form.
