Edit the Login, Forgot Password, and Reset Password Pages

With almost every Sana Commerce Cloud release we give you the ability to edit more and more system pages. Sana Commerce Cloud becomes more and more flexible in editing content. This allows webstore owners to create unique webstores, dramatically different in design.

Sana webstore administrators can now edit three more system pages the way they want:

These pages consist of several standard content elements which can be rearranged. You can also add other content elements to the pages.

Shipping Address Settings

There are three shipping address options available to the webstore customers during checkout:

  • Deliver the order to the same address as the billing address
  • Deliver the order to a different address from address book
  • Deliver the order to a different address

As a webstore administrator, you can now control these shipping address options per customer type – set the default shipping address option, enable and disable ship to billing address and custom shipping address.

Button Colors and Preview

You can now style the Button content element using different color settings and immediately see how it will look on a webstore page. There is no need to go to the webstore to see what has changed every time you change some button color.

You can also style and preview different buttons in the webstore theme.

Updated List of Content Element Tags

Content element tags are used to filter the content elements and find what you need. We changed the list of tags to adapt it to the existing content elements.

Don’t Remove Products from Wish List after Adding to the Shopping Cart

Previously, after adding products from the wish list to the shopping cart, products were automatically removed from the wish list. Now they remain in the wish list and can only be removed manually by the customer.

Bug Fixes

One of the benefits of the minor releases on a regular basis is that you constantly receive bug fixes. Below you can see the list of some bugs that we fixed in this release. We do not add all bug fixes, but only the most important ones, since there are many technical fixes, minor design fixes, or performance-related fixes that we do not add to the release notes.

  1. Fixed issue with disappearing product images after receiving the Sana Commerce Cloud 1.0.39 update.
  2. Fixed issue with editing non-translatable content elements in Sana Admin after changing the default webstore language.
  3. Fixed issue with losing content changes on a page in Sana Admin when switching between different languages.
  4. Fixed issue with removing language-specific URLs of web pages in Sana Admin.
  5. Fixed issue with displaying sales agreement terms on the product details page after applying the sales agreement.
  6. Fixed issue with importing product images from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
