Enable Automatic Sales Tax Calculation for Sana with Avalara AvaTax
If you have Avalara AvaTax which integrates with your Microsoft Dynamics ERP system for real-time sales tax calculations, then Sana Commerce Cloud can also support it. You will need to install a separate Sana Commerce add-on on top of Sana Commerce Cloud in your ERP system which provides support for Avalara AvaTax.

When the Avalara AvaTax Connector application is installed into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you must activate it. To do this, open the Webshop Card and click Avalara Setup. Enable the Avalara Connector.

Once you integrate Sana Commerce Cloud with Avalara AvaTax in your Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, taxes calculated by Avalara AvaTax will be shown to your customers in the shopping cart of the Sana webstore. When a customer adds some products to the shopping cart in the Sana webstore, Avalara AvaTax calculates sales tax real-time and returns it to Sana.
