Setup > Ordering > Registration

If you allow webstore visitors to register online as customers, make sure that customer registration is allowed in Sana, all required registration fields are configured, customers can register online in the webstore, and new customers are created in ERP with correct data (entered by the customer during registration and from the customer template in ERP).

Setup > Profiles & addresses

Check that all profiles are configured the way you need. All required fields are available, editable or read-only. If certain fields are editable, make sure that customers can edit their profile data in the webstore and this data is updated in ERP.

If you have a B2B store, make sure that shop accounts are created for your B2B customers and sales agents.

Setup > Ordering > Registration

If you have a B2B store and you need to use the sales agents and prospects functionality, make sure that sales agents are allowed to create prospects. Check that sales agents can create prospects in the webstore.

Check that you can impersonate customers in case you will need to troubleshoot some issue on behalf of the customer.

Check that sales statistics for the customers is retrieved from the ERP system and visible in Sana.
