What’s New in Sana for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
Release date: September 24, 2025
Sana ERP Connector Version: 10.0.129
What's New
Sales Document Line Extra Fields
In Sana Commerce Cloud 1.118, we introduced the ability to control the visibility of sales document line fields. At that time, webstore administrators could only manage the visibility of a default set of fields depending on the sales document, such as Item No., Title, Status, Shipment date, Price, Quantity, UOM, Quantity shipped, Quantity invoiced, and Outstanding quantity. However, other sales document fields from the ERP system couldn’t be added to the sales document lines in the Sana webstore.
With this new Sana release for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, that has changed. Webstore administrators can now add additional ERP fields to the sales document lines, allowing them to modify the sales document details shown in the Sana webstore to better fit their business needs.
Note that this feature also requires Sana Commerce Cloud version 1.124 or higher.
Real-Time Stock Information: ATP Time Fence
In Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Sana Commerce Cloud uses Available-to-Promise (ATP) information to display product availability dates. Previously, Sana Commerce Cloud also used sales lead time to estimate when the required quantity of a product would be available. However, since ATP data already provides accurate availability details, we decided to replace the use of sales lead time with the ATP time fence. This change ensures consistency and improves accuracy by relying fully on ATP information.
Webshop Filters: Warehouse Filtering
Managing your stock and store locations (warehouses) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations just got easier! You can now use webshop filters to control which stock and store locations your customers see when they visit your webstore.
Whether you're running physical stores, warehouses, or pickup points for delivery, or locations for stock visibility, you have complete control over what's visible to your customers. You can choose to hide certain warehouses or configure different warehouses per webstore, providing greater flexibility and a more tailored customer experience.
