What’s New?
Zero Value Orders
A sales order can be classified as a zero value order if its total order amount is zero.
Allowing zero value orders can be useful in various scenarios, such as:
-
Promotions and discounts: Customers can take advantage of special promotions, discounts, or coupons that reduce the order total value to zero.
-
Product samples: Customers can order free samples of products without any cost.
-
Warranty replacements: You can facilitate the product replacement process that is under warranty at no charge.
Until now, Sana Commerce Cloud has supported zero value orders for B2B customers, but not for B2C.
B2C customers can also now place zero value orders if the option Allow zero value orders is enabled in Sana Admin at the following location: Setup > Ordering > Checkout & ordering.
Last Login Date and Last Web Order Date on the Shop Accounts Page
We added the Last login date and the Last web order date fields to the list of shop accounts on the Shop accounts page for your convenience. Now when you open the Shop accounts page you can immediately see the last login and last web order dates of all shop accounts.
Enhanced Security Notification for Webstore Customers
To further safeguard customers' accounts, webstore customers will now receive a system e-mail whenever changes are made to their e-mail address, password, or two-factor authentication status. This proactive measure ensures that webstore customers are promptly informed of any modifications to their account details.
E-mail subject: Your account details have been changed.
