Sales Order Text Mapping

Open the Webstore Configuration Sana app in the SAP Fiori launchpad. Select the necessary webstore and click Edit. Open Order Settings.

On the Sales Order Text Mapping tab map the order header and line comments to the order texts in SAP S/4HANA. This is needed to save the comments entered by a customer while creating a sales order or return order to the order in SAP S/4HANA.

The table below provides description of the fields on the Sales Order Text Mapping tab.

Fields	Description
Node Type	Select the Comments or Line Comments node type. The Comments node type is used to map sales order and return order comments to the order header texts in SAP S/4HANA. When customers create a sales order or return order in the Sana webstore, they can add a comment. This comment is stored in the order header texts in SAP S/4HANA. For more information, see Sales Order Data. The Line Comments node type is used to map return order comments entered for a sales line to the return order line texts in SAP S/4HANA. When customers create a return order in the Sana webstore, they can add a general comment for the whole order and a comment for a certain order line. The general comment is stored in the return order header texts in SAP S/4HANA and a line comment is stored in the return order line texts in SAP S/4HANA. For more information, see Return Orders.
ID	Select the appropriate order text ID. The selected order text will be used to store sales order and return order comments from the Sana web store.

Node Type

Select the Comments or Line Comments node type.

When customers create a return order in the Sana webstore, they can add a general comment for the whole order and a comment for a certain order line.

The general comment is stored in the return order header texts in SAP S/4HANA and a line comment is stored in the return order line texts in SAP S/4HANA.

In the details of a sales order, comments added by the customer are displayed for any language of the webstore selected by the customer.
