Sana ERP Connectors

To assist in the transition to our new Sana Commerce Cloud product, Sana guarantees compatibility between the Sana Commerce Cloud 1.0.X framework and all Sana ERP connector versions 9.2 and above. To get access to the latest Sana ERP connector features and ERP-dependent framework features, you will need to upgrade your Sana add-on for your ERP system to the latest version.

Sana recommends customers to always run on the latest Sana ERP connector version as well as the latest Sana Commerce framework version. All standard Sana Commerce Cloud customers have the obligation in their license agreement to update the Sana ERP connector at least every two years.

For older versions of the Sana Commerce framework and Sana ERP connector, mismatching major versions cannot be guaranteed.

Two-Way Compatibility (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Only)

Regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, there comes extra flexibility with the SCC 1.0.0 connector. This connector is compatible with outdated, passively supported Sana Commerce framework versions. This feature is available from SCC 1.0.0. Regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud, the Sana ERP connector upgrade can happen automatically during an ERP upgrade. In such cases, the Sana ERP connector can support an outdated Sana Commerce framework version. This feature is available from Sana Commerce 9.3.5 in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The two-way compatibility feature is present from Sana Commerce 9.3, going forward we will support all actively supported versions.
