Product Suggestions

Product suggestions (shopping cart suggestions) are used to offer your customers the products which they might be interested to buy. Customers are often loyal to a particular brand or some products which they frequently buy, thus it's a good idea to build suggestions based on the customer's shopping behavior.

The Product suggestions content element is used to add only the Product suggestions button to the webstore header.

When you add the Product suggestions content element to the webstore header, it will be shown in the header only if the product suggestions feature is completely configured in Sana. If the Product suggestions button is not shown in the header, you need to check if product suggestions are configured.

There are no specific settings for the Product suggestions content element, but you can configure height, width and spacing settings on the Advanced tab.

The Product suggestions icon can be changed in Themes. In Sana Admin click: Design & Layout > Themes. Click Edit on your webstore theme and open the Icons tab. Find the Product suggestions icon. You can change the default icon.
