Blog Settings

On the Blog settings page, you can enable or disable the blog functionality, configure view mode and paging for blog articles, enable or disable comments.

You can also set the view mode selector and paging alignment using the settings presented in the Blog overview content element.

In Sana Admin click: Blog > Blog settings.

Enable blog

Use this option to enable or disable the blog functionality in the Sana webstore.

If you disable blog, make sure it is not available in the webstore navigation.

Comments on blog articles pages

Use this option to enable or disable blog comments for all blog articles.

List & Grid view mode switch

Blog articles can be presented in two modes in the blog overview in the webstore: list or grid.

Using the List & Grid view mode switch option, you can show or hide the list and grid view mode switch for blog articles.

  • If it is enabled, users can switch between two modes on the page.

  • If it is disabled, users will always see an overview of all blog articles only in one mode.

Using the Default view mode option, you can select the mode which should be used by default.

Paging type

Using this option, you can select the type of paging which should be used in the blog articles overview.

The following options are available:

  • Links

  • Load more

  • Continuous scrolling

A customer can see a certain amount of blog articles in an overview. You can set this amount separately for the list view and grid view using the Amount of blog items shown in list mode and Amount of blog items shown in grid mode fields. To load more blog articles, a customer can use paging. Paging can be presented as links with the page numbers, a button to show next blog articles, or blog articles can be automatically loaded when a customer scrolls down.

Enter the amount of blog articles which should be shown in an overview at once when the list mode is selected.

Enter the amount of blog articles which should be shown in an overview at once when the grid mode is selected.
