USPS Migration Guide
USPS has officially retired the API used in Sana's USPS International app and introduced a new one. As a result, we have released USPS International 2.0. To ensure uninterrupted service, we strongly recommend upgrading to the new app.
This guide explains how to migrate to the new USPS International app and highlights key changes and deprecated features.
Migration Steps
Step 1: Set up the USPS Account. You need new API credentials, such as Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, to connect Sana Commerce Cloud to USPS. For more information, see Set Up USPS Account.
Step 2: After obtaining your credentials, configure the USPS shipping provider in Sana Admin. For more information, see Configure USPS International.
Deprecated Features
Some features from the old USPS integration are no longer supported by USPS. If you attempt to use any of the below-listed shipping method features, rates will not be returned.
