Not all releases include numerous new features, but we continually make technical improvements to enhance the Sana ERP Connector's performance and reliability. These efforts support a stable, secure, and scalable platform for growth. In addition to the new features listed below, this release includes other technical enhancements that lay the groundwork for future improvements and expanded functionality.

Product Discounts

This release adds support for product discounts in Sana Commerce Cloud.

In Sana Commerce Cloud 1.112, we’ve enhanced the existing discounts functionality by allowing discounts to be applied to specific products. Previously, Sana discounts could only be applied to all products in the shopping cart using a discount code or automatically based on the configured conditions, such as purchase amount or item quantity.

Additionally, if discounts are configured in Sana Commerce Cloud and SAP S/4HANA, you can control which discount to use, offering greater flexibility in discount management.

Inventory Precision

Improved inventory precision ensures that products can only be ordered in complete units. Suppose the available stock is insufficient to fulfill a full unit, for example, only 8 pieces are available when a box contains 10 pieces. In that case, the system will prevent partial orders, avoiding fractional quantities like 1.5 boxes. This change enhances stock reliability and prevents fulfillment issues.

SAP S/4HANA uses the unit of measure rounding values provided by Sana Commerce Cloud to round down the available inventory, ensuring that only complete units can be ordered.

Previously, these settings only applied to the quantity input field and did not affect how stock was displayed on various pages. Now, everything is consistent.

Inventory is now displayed consistently across product pages, the shopping cart, and checkout, including the estimated availability dates. This ensures customers see accurate stock information at every step, reducing order errors and improving the buying experience.

Bug Fixes

Below you will find a list of key bugs fixed in this release. We have not included every bug fix, focusing instead on the most critical ones.

  1. Fixed multiple issues where prices were incorrectly shown for products, product variants, BOM items in the webstore.

  2. Fixed multiple issues where stock was incorrectly shown for products and product variants in the webstore.

  3. Fixed multiple issues with the Sana order discounts: problem with calculating the discount in the shopping cart, not showing the order discount of the percentage type in the order details, and duplicating the order discount of the fixed amount type in the order details.

  4. Fixed multiple issues where certain data differs for the same materials in the Webstore Catalog Overview app in SAP GUI and SAP Fiori, such as the Total Stock Qty. and Unit Price values for materials, the total number of materials.

  5. Fixed an issue with displaying the wrong quantity for the free item in the shopping cart.

  6. Fixed an issue with an error when the LUMF BOM item was added to the shopping cart.

  7. Fixed an issue with opening return receipts in the webstore.

  8. Fixed an issue with product images being deleted after making them visible in the Attachments Overview app.

  9. Fixed an issue where a free good disappeared from the order overview.

  10. Fixed an issue with downloading sales document reports from the webstore.

  11. Fixed multiple issues with the Webstore Orders Overview app: it was not possible to change the payment and authorization statuses for orders, enable and disable quote promotable.

  12. Fixed an issue where it was not possible to edit customer details from the webstore.

  13. Fixed an issue with creating a customer assortment rule if it already exists for another webstore.

  14. Fixed an issue with the wrong discount shown in the invoice details.

  15. Fixed multiple issues with enabling and disabling visibility for a certain range or all files in the Attachment Overview Fiori app: product images, billing, delivery and sales order attachments.

  16. Fixed an issue with material attachments visibility not working in the Attachment Overview Fiori app.

  17. Fixed an issue with newly added material attachments not being shown in the Attachment Overview Fiori app.

  18. Fixed issues with searching for billing and delivery documents by their numbers in the Attachment Overview Fiori app.

  23. Fixed an issue with not clearing filters in the Catalog Overview Fiori app when changing the store.

  24. Fixed an issue with not showing materials in the Catalog Overview Fiori app when a product filter by material number with only numeric values was applied.

  25. Fixed an issue with the wrong behavior of the Pre-Orderability option and the Enable pre-orderability for range action in the Catalog Overview Fiori app.

  26. Fixed an issue with showing the total number of customers in the Customer Overview Fiori app without applying the existing webstore filters for customers.

  27. Fixed multiple issues with the wrong behavior of the material filter when material numbers are uploaded from a file in the Catalog Overview Fiori app.

  28. Fixed an issue with editing customer and product validation rules in the Webstore Rules Fiori app.

  29. Fixed an issue with displaying the newly created job in the Integrity Check Fiori app when searching for it with filters.

  30. Fixed multiple issues with certain actions not working properly in the Customer Overview Fiori app, such as Remove prospect for range, Demote back to B2C for range, Promote as B2B for range, Add tax for range, and Remove tax for range.

  31. Fixed an issue with enabling and disabling the Automated Pricing Mapping Active option on mouse hover in the Webstore Config Fiori app.

  32. Fixed an issue with product validation rules not working for materials with numeric numbers.
