If you are already using SAP ECC, you are already one step closer to a smoother sales order process flow. The sales process in SAP ECC refers to the selling of goods or services provided by your business, invoicing, and delivering those goods or services to the customer.

In SAP ECC, when processing sales orders, all data about sold goods, their delivery and payment of invoices is entered into the corresponding documents.

Of course, you can find all these documents in SAP ECC, but to make this process easier for you, we have made it possible to view the related documents directly for each sales order from a single place – the Webstore Orders Overview window. This is a central place where you can open any sales order and its related documents, such as Delivery, Invoice, and Goods Issue. By clicking on the document number, you can open the document in SAP.

Moreover, in the Webstore Orders Overview window, you can now see not only sales orders placed in the Sana webstore, but also sales orders created directly in SAP ECC. There is a new option for this.
