Customer Address Improvements

We made several improvements to the way Sana Commerce Cloud stores customer addresses in SAP Business One:

• When a customer registers in the Sana webstore online, we create separate identical “bill to” and “ship to” addresses.
  
  
  
  
• When a customer creates an order in the Sana webstore and chooses to deliver it to the same address as the billing address, the same shipping address is stored in the sales order in SAP Business One in the “ship to” and “bill to” addresses.
  
  
  
  
• Shipping Address Mapping is no longer used to store custom shipping addresses entered during checkout. Sana Commerce Cloud uses the fields configured in Sana Admin on the Profiles & addresses page.
• Shipping Address Mapping was changed to Webstore Address Format. It is now used to map the shipping address fields to display the necessary shipping address information in the order details and on the Shipping information checkout step.
