Webstore Address Format
Applies to: Sana Commerce Cloud 1.0.51 in SAP Business One.
In the previous versions, there was the window called Shipping Address Mapping and the mapping configured in this window was used to save custom shipping addresses entered during checkout to the business partner in SAP Business One. This window does not exist anymore.
Using the Webstore Address Format window in SAP Business One, you can map the Sana shipping address fields to the SAP Business One shipping address fields and show them in the Sana webstore. In this way, after the fields are mapped the data from the business partner shipping address fields in SAP Business One will be shown in the order details and on the Shipping information checkout step when a customer selects an address from the list in the Sana web store.

To map the shipping address fields, in SAP Business One click: Web Store > Setup > Services > Configure Mapping > Webstore Address Format. Map the Sana field to the SAP Business One field. You can also map the additional SAP Business One field to the Sana field and select the separator, for example space or comma, which will be used to divide the mapped SAP Business One fields. If you leave the separator field empty, the values from the mapped SAP Business One fields will not be divided and will be shown as one word in the Sana web store.
You can map the additional SAP Business One field to Sana field and add a separator starting from Sana Commerce Cloud 1.0.56 in SAP Business One.
