Customer Assortment Improvements

This release brings 2 improvements to the customer assortment functionality in Microsoft Dynamics GP:

• You can also use the new item categories functionality when you configure the customer assortment rules. You can use either item classes or item categories depending on your webstore setup in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  
  
  
  
• If you configure customer assortment rules and some of them overlap, for example, you configure rules for items and item classes/categories that also include some of those items, then only the rules that have higher priority will be taken into account. The priority of the customer assortment rules is now based on the Type field. The priority is considered from top to bottom - the higher in the list, the higher priority:

  • Item Field
  • Item Attribute
  • Item Class
  • Sana Item Category
