Kit Quantity

Quantity is not tracked for kit items in Microsoft Dynamics GP but only for its components. Previously in the Sana webstore, we always showed 0 stock for kit items, but now we support the standard logic of Microsoft Dynamics GP and show stock of kit items based on its components.
