Coupons

Coupons give customers a discount on items they add to their shopping cart. For example, Christmas holidays are coming, and you can offer a coupon which will give your customers a 20% discount on all Christmas decorations.

A customer can enter a coupon in the shopping cart and get a discount similar to the discount codes created in Sana Admin.

Sana coupons in Microsoft Dynamics GP:

• Can be applied to the total order amount, any item from the catalog, or only specific items.
• Can be created for an item or item class.
• Can be created for all customers or customer class.
• You can make a coupon valid only for a certain period.
