Separate Reports for Online Orders Placed by Sales Agents and Customers

Sana Commerce Insights now distinguishes between two types of online orders – orders placed by customers and sales agents. This is done based on the shop account type.

The categories Online (Customer) and Online (Sales Agent) are visible directly on the Executive Overview page and can be clicked to filter data on the page.

As before, you can filter data to show all online orders by pressing CTRL and clicking on both categories Online (Customer) and Online (Sales Agent). This will show the total values for online orders.

In addition, new categories are available in the filter options under Order Source.

Due to this change, Online vs Offline is now called Order Source in the Compare menu on the Executive Overview, Product Table, and Customer Table pages. The comparison returns three different values.

More Details on the Abandoned Baskets Page

For user convenience, Customer ID was added to the Abandoned Basket details table. In addition, Basket ID was added to the Product details table on the same page. This allows you to link the two tables to each other after exporting them.
