Item Colors and Sizes

Sana Commerce Cloud supports the K3 Pebblestone’s item color and size to create variant components.

You need to select the necessary size and color on the item card. Sizes and colors should be created beforehand using the Size Ranges and Colors tables.

Sizes

To create sizes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central click on the search button and enter Size Ranges.

In the Size Ranges table create the code and click Sizes.

Colors

To create colors in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central click on the search button and enter Colors.

Selecting the Color and Size of the Item

When the sizes and colors are created, you can add them to the items. To do this, in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central click on the search button and enter Items. Open the necessary item. Use the fields Size Range Code and Available Colors on the Item FastTab.

K3 Pebblestone will use the values set in the Size Range Code and Available Colors fields to create variant components for an item.

Item Variants Visibility

You can manage the visibility of item variant components. To do this, on the Item Card click: Actions > Item > Variants.

Use the Visible in Webshop checkbox to make variant component visible or invisible. If some variant component is made invisible in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, then it will not be shown in the Sana webstore.

Item Variants Presentation

Item variants can be presented either in the matrix or dropdown display mode in the Sana webstore, depending on the selected page layout in Sana Admin.
