Countries and States

It is well known that the USA has states. What is much less known is what other countries also have states. You may not have known, but Australia, Austria, Brazil, Germany, Mexico, for example, and some other countries also have states. Besides countries with states, there may be regions or counties in different countries.

Previously, Sana Commerce Cloud only supported U.S. states, for example, for customer registration and shipping addresses. But now, if you have states, regions or counties for other countries created in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Sana can also retrieve them and show them in the webstore. You can show and hide any state, region or county in the webstore in the same way as countries by using the Visible in webshop checkbox.
