Visual Part Finder

Visual part finder is currently available as a BETA release. Please note that availability and pricing are not yet finalized. We have not determined which Sana Commerce Cloud plans will include Visual part finder and its pricing. This information will be communicated once decisions have been made.

In Sana, the Visual part finder is represented as equipment, such as machines or vehicles, with parts and subparts arranged hierarchically. Each level can be linked to a diagram where individual components are marked with interactive hotspots. Customers can navigate through the structure, select parts directly from the diagram, view product information, and add items to the shopping cart.
