ChannelEngine is a platform which connects your business to the international marketplaces and sales channels such as AliExpress, Amazon, Buy on Google, Ebay worldwide, Walmart, etc.

By creating a seamless integration between Sana Commerce Cloud and ChannelEngine, you can import all your product data from Sana Commerce Cloud directly to ChannelEngine and sell on multiple online marketplaces, boost your revenue with better margins, optimize sales, minimize time and maximize profit.

ChannelEngine is an app for e-commerce merchants which is used to export product data from your ERP system and Sana directly to ChannelEngine. You can export the basic and additional product information which is configurable within the app.

NOTE

Sana Commerce Cloud is integrated with ChannelEngine using the REST API version 2.9.9. All API requests from Sana to ChannelEngine made via HTTPS. For more information about ChannelEngine Merchant API, see ChannelEngine Merchant API on the ChannelEngine website.

This manual provides information about how to use the Sana’s ChannelEngine app, and how to import your product data from Sana to ChannelEngine, but not how to manage products and product information on ChannelEngine, and how to connect it to different sales channels (marketplaces). For more information about how to use ChannelEngine, refer to the official ChannelEngine documentation.
