ERP Connectors

When migrating to Sana Commerce Cloud, we strongly recommend to install the new Sana add-on (Sana ERP connector) in your ERP system. We always recommend to run the latest available version of Sana.

If installing of the new Sana add-on in ERP is not possible, Sana Commerce Cloud 1.0.0.x is compatible with the Sana add-ons in ERP from version 9.2 to 9.3.5. This is applicable for all supported ERP systems.

The Sana team will inform as early as possible when a new Sana Commerce Cloud release is planned which may require installation of the new Sana add-on in ERP.

NOTE

To gain access to the latest Sana features sometimes only requires a new version of the Sana add-on in ERP, sometimes only a migration or upgrade of the Sana Framework, but availability of some Sana features might require a migration or upgrade of both the Sana add-on in ERP and Sana Framework. Please keep this is mind if you decide not to install the new Sana add-on in your ERP system.

As mentioned above, Sana Commerce Cloud 1.0.0.x is compatible with the Sana add-ons 9.2 and above in all supported ERP systems. The releases of all new Sana add-ons for all supported ERP systems are planned for October 21st. These Sana add-ons for the ERP systems will be tested on the Sana Commerce Cloud 1.0.0.x Framework only and not on older Sana Framework versions such as 9.3.5.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations

Sana Commerce Cloud supports Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication to connect to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

If your Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is deployed on-premises and you want to use Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) but not Azure Active Directory (AAD), check the article Supported Connection Types.
