The Microsoft Dynamics AX Web services that are implemented by Sana Commerce support Microsoft Dynamics AX user native impersonation.
If you use the three-tier architecture of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Application Object Server (AOS) and Web services are installed on different computers, you should enable Microsoft Dynamics AX user native impersonation.
Enable Microsoft Dynamics AX User Native Impersonation
Step 1: In Sana Admin click: System > ERP connection.
Step 2: In the connection configuration area, enter NativeImpersonation=true in the Extra parameters field.
