Get Product Reviews

Retrieves product reviews from your webstore.

The Get product reviews action can only be added to a workflow that includes the Get products action.

Field Description
Step name A descriptive name for this action. You can use the default name or enter your own.
Products The variable that contains the products to retrieve reviews for.
Status filter

Filters product reviews by status. Available options:

  • Empty (All)

  • Approved

  • Disapproved

  • Unprocessed

Loop Execution

Expand the Advanced section and select the Iterate option.

Data retrieval action Get product reviews can return large datasets, sometimes thousands of records. To handle this efficiently without overloading the workflow, data can be retrieved either one product review at a time or as a list of product reviews (in batches of up to 100 product reviews).

  • Current review variable: The name of the variable that will contain the product review.

  • Current list of reviews variable: The name of the variable that will contain the list of product reviews.

You can use the default variable name or enter your own descriptive name.
