Sana Commerce Cloud is an e-Commerce solution for Microsoft Dynamics and SAP. Sana Commerce Cloud is hosted by Sana using the hosting services of Microsoft Azure. Sana Commerce Cloud is a SaaS solution which can be quickly rolled out and is always up to date.

Sana Commerce Cloud is available for any type of webstore - both B2B sales portals and B2C retail stores are supported. With Sana Commerce Cloud your webstore can be implemented within as little as a few days.

The Sana Commerce Cloud eBusiness Connector delivers a real-time, full integration with your ERP system. It accesses all business logic and data which already exist in your ERP.

The Sana Commerce Cloud solution consists of the following components:

  • Sana Commerce Cloud add-on that is installed inside your ERP system

Sana Commerce Cloud Framework

Sana Commerce Cloud Framework is the core component of the Sana Commerce Cloud solution. It is used to exchange data between ERP system and Sana, present data from ERP on the webstore and control the behavior of the webstore. The connection between Sana and ERP is established using Web services.

For example, your business customers may require up to date information on customer specific prices, orders and stock in your webstore. The Sana Web service is fast and can handle multiple transactions simultaneously. Orders are directly stored in the ERP system. Order history, statuses and returns are retrieved immediately.

Sana Commerce Cloud Webstore

Sana Commerce Cloud delivers the complete and professionally designed webstore out-of-the-box. You can have one store as well as multiple stores connected to a single ERP system or you can connect each webstore to a different ERP company and even more - you can connect one webstore to the ERP and PIM systems simultaneously. Our webstores are multilingual and your customers can see prices in their local currency. 

The webstore behavior is entirely under your control: for example, you can choose whether you would like to show prices and stock to all customers or only to business customers, but not to the consumers.

Sana Admin

Sana Admin is an administration panel for your webstore management: its content, settings, features, behavior and design.

In Sana Admin you can also see all Sana add-ons (payment and delivery services, e-mail marketing, content elements, PIM), language packs, and find the right app for your business needs and install it.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

Your ERP is the heart of your business. Sana Commerce Cloud integrates with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP ERP systems. Sana Commerce Cloud is installed inside the ERP system.

A seamless integration with all business logic and customer data provides a very valuable source of real-time product information to you and your customers.

ERP is where the business logic is.

In the ERP system you manage your customers’ information, products, prices, discounts, taxes, service charges and stock, etc. All this is managed in the ERP system but not in Sana. The Sana Commerce Cloud Framework is used to present all information from ERP, like products, prices and stock. The Sana Commerce Cloud add-on is built on top and runs within the ERP system. Sana Commerce Cloud uses the business logic of the ERP system. Therefore, all basket calculations are done by ERP. All sales documents, like sales quotes and orders, shipments, invoices and returns are also stored in ERP and are available online in the Sana webstore.

While placing an order in the Sana webstore, it is validated based on the ERP logic related to customer prices, charges, taxes, ship-to address and other data to avoid any mistakes. There is so much logic hidden behind it. With Sana there is no need to export, import or synchronize something. Everything is happening automatically, real-time and on the fly using the business logic of your ERP system at full capacity.
