Message Center

The message center is great for keeping people informed with timely and relevant content. It displays system messages to all Sana Admin users. These messages inform Sana Admin users of important events related to your Sana Commerce Cloud solution, such as scheduled upgrades or maintenance, new releases, hotfixes, add-ons, deprecated features, end-of-support for some services, etc.

All system messages appear in the Message center in Sana Admin:

1. On the Dashboard page, see the Latest messages widget. Here you can see the latest messages and open the message center. By default, 5 latest messages are shown. You can edit the widget to display up to 10 latest messages.

2. At the top right corner, you can click on the messages icon to open the message center.

On the Message center page, you can see an overview of all messages. You can search for a message by title or description, category, and dates when a message has been published. You can also open the details of a message by clicking the Details button .
