  • Average time to first online order: The average number of days between a customer's account creation and their first online order during a rolling 12 month period. A lower value indicates faster customer activation. This helps you understand how quickly new customers are converting.

  • Online share of total revenue: Shows your online revenue as a percentage of total revenue (including offline channels) during a rolling 6 month period. A higher value indicates stronger adoption of online sales. This helps you understand your digital channel's contribution to overall business.
