Piwik Pro Data Export Add-on

The Piwik Pro Data Export add-on offers customers a convenient way to access the raw, valuable web analytics data that is gathered through Piwik Pro. This gives customers complete freedom to use this data in any way they like.

The data is accessed through a customer-specific Microsoft Azure Blob storage account. It offers very easy access to all your historical data and can be accessed through most Analytics platforms like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

Azure Blob Storage

Sana Commerce Cloud offers an easy way to connect to your data by offering our Piwik Data Export add-on customers a personal Azure Blob storage account with the raw Piwik Pro data from your webstore. You will get an account that allows you to retrieve data using a large set of tools and applications.

You can access data in the Parquet file format. The data in your Azure Blob storage account is refreshed once a day, outside of business hours.

The account contains the following tables:

• Shop Accounts
• Open Shopping Baskets (headers and lines)
• Piwik Pro Events (including Piwik Pro Sessions)
