How KPIs Are Defined
-
Transaction Activity by Type: Total number of transactions initiated on the webstore. Includes sales orders, online quotes, quote edits, and invoice payments.
-
Total Value of Online Transactions: Combined value of all webstore-initiated transactions. Includes orders and payments. Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) excludes quotes.
-
Percent Unsuccessful Payments: Share of transactions where payment failed. It shows how often a payment attempt fails during checkout, regardless of whether the order is eventually completed successfully.
-
Percent Edited Orders: Share of orders that were modified after being placed on the webstore. Indicates potential friction in the buying process or fulfillment workflows.
