Overview
The Overview tab gives you a detailed snapshot of customer behavior across sessions, orders, and engagement.
You can explore:

Total revenue and average order value.

SKUs per order and basket behavior.

Channel split (online vs. offline ordering).

Product group breakdowns and account-level engagement.
You can also drill into key customer-level indicators such as last login, abandoned baskets, days between orders, and assigned salesperson.

How KPIs Are Defined

Revenue: Total revenue, including tax per order line.

The Invoice Details tab gives you full visibility into every posted invoice, including what was ordered, when, by whom, and in what quantity. You can trace revenue down to specific product lines, currencies, and individual invoice documents.
