Piwik Pro Web Analytics Add-on

Piwik Pro is a full-featured alternative to Google Analytics that allows you to deep dive into your webstore analytics. Next to tracking, we can also provide you access to the full Piwik Pro interface. Piwik Pro comes with several advantages:

  • Piwik Pro is integrated into your Sana Commerce Cloud webstore.

  • Piwik Pro fully aligns with your Sana Commerce Insights data.

  • Your data is securely stored in Microsoft Azure, following strict GDPR and HIPAA guidelines.

The Sana’s add-on offers a discounted price for Piwik Pro.

Piwik Pro Data Access Add-on

This add-on is perfect for you if you already have extensive commercial analytics capabilities in place and want to do your reporting and analytics in-house.  

This add-on allows you to access the Web Analytics data that Sana Commerce Cloud gathers through Piwik Pro. The data is accessed through Microsoft Azure Blob storage.

Here are some examples of what you can do with this data:

  • Track individual customer behavior

  • Build complex customer profiles

  • Track the effectiveness of campaigns at a very detailed level
