NOTE

You are free to use any other payment methods of WorldPay besides those supported by Sana Commerce Cloud, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected. You can use any other payment methods of WorldPay that are not listed as supported by Sana at your own risk.

Currencies

The following currencies are supported by WorldPay, (in the brackets you can see how many decimal places the currency has):  ARS (2), AUD (2), BRL (2), CAD (2), CHF (2), CLP (0), CNY (2), COP (2), CZK (2), DKK (2), EUR (2), GBP (2), HKD (2), HUF (2), IDR (2), ISK (0), JPY (0), KES (2), KRW (0), MXN (2), MYR (2), NOK (2), NZD (2), PHP (2), PLN (2), SEK (2), SGD (2), THB (2), TWD (2), USD (2), VND (0), ZAR (2).

NOTE

Most currencies used in Sana support 2 decimal places. If the currency you use has decimal places other than 2, the amount will be rounded according to the option selected in the Rounding option field in the WorldPay payment method configuration.

For example, if the amount is 12.25 and the currency has no decimal places, and the selected rounding option is UP, the amount will be rounded to 13. If the selected rounding option is DOWN, the amount will be rounded to 12.

NOTE

The WorldPay payment provider integrated with Sana Commerce Cloud was tested with USD and EUR currencies. Also, the WorldPay payment provider integrated with Sana was tested for the English and Dutch languages. You are free to use any other currencies and languages supported by WorldPay besides those which were tested by us, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected.

Field validation for Sana / ERP

  • Name: The maximum length of the field is 40 characters. Type -

  • Town: The maximum length of the field is 30 characters.

  • Postcode: The maximum length of the field is 12 characters.

  • Telephone: The maximum length of the field is 30 characters.

  • Region: The maximum length of the field is 30 characters.

  • Email: The maximum length of the field is 80 characters.

  • Country: The maximum length of the field is 40 characters.

  • Language: The maximum length of the field is 6 characters. Format - en,en-GB.

  • Address 1: The maximum length of the field is 84 characters.

  • Address 2: The maximum length of the field is 84 characters.

  • Address 3: The maximum length of the field is 84 characters.

ISO / other standards

  • ISO 4217 (the three-letter codes for currencies)

  • ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 (two-letter country codes)
