NOTE

You are free to use any other payment methods of Opayo besides those supported by Sana Commerce Cloud, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected. You can use any other payment methods of Opayo that are not listed as supported by Sana at your own risk.

The following currencies are supported by Opayo: CHF, TWD, MXN, EUR, DKK, SAR, CAD, USD, ZAR, NOK, THB, AUD, MAD, SGD, JPY GBP, GBP.

NOTE

The Opayo payment provider integrated with Sana was tested with USD and EUR currencies. Also, the Opayo payment provider integrated with Sana was tested for the English and Dutch languages. You are free to use any other currencies and languages supported by Opayo besides those which were tested by us, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected.

Transaction types

  • PAYMENT: Payment transaction is processed real time and the payment status is updated accordingly.

  • DEFERRED: Once payment is successful, the Sana payment status will be set to Paid and the payment amount will be hold on the user's card. A merchant has to release the money within 6 days.

  • AUTHENTICATE: Once payment is successful, the Sana payment status will be set to Paid. A merchant has to authenticate the transaction within 90 days.
