Sana and Authorize.Net

The first version of the Authorize.Net add-on was integrated with Sana using the Server Integration Method (SIM) API. This API is deprecated and will not be supported by Authorize.Net. Authorize.Net announced the end of life for MD5 Hash that is used in the SIM API. Therefore, we released the new Authorize.Net add-on which uses the Accept Hosted API to integrate with Sana. We strongly recommend to set up the new Authorize.Net add-on. How to do this is described in this manual.

The Authorize.Net payment provider is available as an add-on. It can be installed from Sana Apps. In Sana Admin click: Apps > Add-ons. It might happen that you don't have permissions to install Sana Apps, for example if you have a customized project or it was disabled by a web store administrator intentionally. In this case, you need to contact your Sana partner or project manager.

Authorize.Net payment provider enables the merchants to make purchases via the Authorize.Net account. Authorize.Net supports the credit card and bank account.
Sana Commerce uses the Authorize.Net Accept Hosted to process secure transactions through the payment gateway.
