  • Sana Commerce Cloud uses the Google Places API (New) for address suggestions and autocomplete on all forms where the address is available, for example, the registration form, shipping address, and customer profile.

  • The address autocomplete functionality can be used for the Address and Zip Code fields.

  • The following address fields can be automatically populated based on suggestions returned from Google: Country, State, City, Address1, Zip Code.

  • Google provides address suggestions based on the selected country. If no country is selected Google starts searching for an address based on the list of all available countries. The Google Place Autocomplete API (New) can search for an address in up to 15 countries at a time.

  • Up to 5 address suggestions can be shown at a time.

  • Sana Commerce Cloud uses Place Autocomplete (New) and Place Details (New) Google APIs in the Google places add-on.

  • Google charges a fee for the use of its APIs.
