There is no doubt that every e-commerce business benefits greatly by going multichannel. Multichannel e-commerce allows to reach new audiences, increase sales and accelerate your business growth. Product feeds make it easier for you to present your brand and your products in multiple sales channels.

A product data feed is a file that contains information about your products, like product id, product title, product description, attributes, etc. Product feed allows to transfer the most comprehensive and accurate product information from your e-commerce webstore to different marketplaces.

Using product data feed, you can benefit greatly. It allows to reach your target audience, gain tons of traffic and build a sustained and successful online presence.

The Sana webstore and Amazon feed is a great combination, because it can help you to scale up the sales on your webstore in the most effective way. Amazon marketplace is one of the biggest, most powerful and competitive marketplaces in the industry, and besides it is the most trusted global selling and buying platform. That is why by using Amazon feed for your business, you can easily expand globally, increase sales, reach new customers, gain credibility and trust.

Amazon feed is an add-on for e-commerce merchants which is used to export product data from your ERP system and Sana to the TSV file, according to the requirements of Amazon. You can export the basic and additional product information which is configurable within the add-on. Then you can import this product information to your Amazon Seller Central platform that holds information about all the products you want to sell or advertise across Amazon.

Amazon Seller Central is the interface that is used by merchants to market and sell their products directly to customers through the Amazon marketplace. With Amazon Seller Central you can successfully manage your product data feeds.

The Amazon feed add-on makes your catalog available not only in your Sana webstore, but also on the Amazon marketplace, so customers can easily find the products you are selling through different channels.

This manual provides information about how to use Sana’s Amazon feed add-on, and how to upload products to Amazon Seller Central, but not how to sell or advertise products across Amazon.
