Step 1: Log in to Mailchimp with your account. In Mailchimp click: Campaigns > All campaigns. Click Create new.

Step 2: Enter the name of your campaign. This name will appear in the e-mails, which will be sent from this campaign.

Step 3: Click Create email.

Step 4: Create your marketing e-mail.

The Mailchimp e-mail builder gives you a possibility to work on different parts of your e-mail in the order you choose, and review everything at once before you send.

  • Add your recipients in the To section.

  • Add your From name and From email address in the From section.

  • Add your subject line and optional preview text in the Subject section.

  • Design your e-mail in the Content section. You can select a template in the Content section of the campaign builder. The template you select will be the foundation of your e-mail design.

You may also want to share your e-mail, add a social post, and review your settings and tracking options.

For more information, see the official Mailchimp documentation Create and Send a Regular Email.

Step 5: Review your e-mail and click Send.

Step 6: After your campaign has been successfully created and sent, you can see it in the All campaigns list.
