Create an Audience in Mailchimp

A crucial first step to getting started with Mailchimp is setting up your audience. Your audience is the place where you will store and manage all your customer data.

Step 1: Log in to Mailchimp with your account. In Mailchimp click on the Audience icon and on the Audience page select View audiences from the Manage Audience dropdown. Then, on the Audiences page click Create Audience.

Fill in all the necessary information to create an audience and click Save.

Step 2: On the Audiences page, open the created audience and click Settings > Audience name and defaults. Find the Audience ID. You will need to enter the Audience ID in the Mailchimp add-on settings in Sana Admin.
