Dotdigital API User

Dotdigital is a paid service which also provides a 14-day free trial. To be able to integrate Sana Commerce Cloud with dotdigital, you should have a dotdigital account.

Step 1: Log in to Dotdigital with your account.

Step 2: In the bottom left corner, click on your profile name and then click: Settings > Access > API users.

Step 3: On the API users page, see the e-mail of the API user. If there is no API user, you should create it. You will be asked to enter the password for the API user.

You will need to enter the e-mail and password of the Dotdigital API user in the Dotdigital settings in Sana Admin.
