USPS International Troubleshooting

Customer's currency must be the United States Dollar (USD), since the shipping origin is always the USA.

The shipping origin always should be a USA address and destination should be outside the USA.

The service type configured in the USPS International shipping method settings should match your country of destination. Some service types can be unavailable in certain countries.

An item should have item dimensions in the ERP system.

Item dimensions in ERP should not exceed the maximum item dimensions of the container type allowed by USPS.

When you set up USPS International shipping methods, the item units of measure configured in ERP should match the units of measure set in the Sana UOM field in the USPS International shipping method settings. For more information, see the examples in the table below.
