USPS Domestic Troubleshooting

• An item should have dimensions in the ERP system.

  • Item dimensions cannot be zero.

  • Item dimensions in ERP should not exceed the maximum item dimensions of the container type allowed by USPS.

• When you set up USPS Domestic shipping methods, the item units of measure configured in ERP should match the units of measure set in the Sana UOM field in the USPS Domestic shipping method settings.

• When you set up USPS Domestic shipping methods, in the Weight & dimensions section, specify the maximum dimensions of the USPS Domestic container type in inches (in) and maximum weight in pounds (lbs).

• If the data mentioned above is valid, but the exception still occurs, then try to calculate shipping rates using the USPS Business Postage Price Calculator or USPS Retail Postage Price Calculator. If the USPS shipping calculator can calculate the shipping rates using the same data, then contact Sana support for further investigation.
