Purolator Troubleshooting

An item should have dimensions in the ERP system.

Item dimensions in ERP should not exceed the maximum item dimensions of the packaging type allowed by Purolator.

When you set up the Purolator shipping methods, the item units of measure configured in ERP should match the units of measure set in the Sana UOM field in the Purolator shipping method settings. For more information, see the examples in the table below.
