Real-time Shipping Rates

Shipping providers with FedEx shipping services real-time integration allows them to calculate the shipping costs by FedEx in real-time depending on the selected FedEx shipping method, customer's shipping address, actual weight, and package dimensions. This transparency helps customers make informed decisions at checkout.

NOTE

Limitations:

  1. The supported package weight for non-freight shipping is up to 150 lbs (68 kg).

  2. FedEx uses their own currency codes for certain countries which differ from the ISO currency codes. This might cause issues for these countries as FedEx uses currency codes that are not internationally recognized. For example, FedEx uses the "UKL" currency code for the United Kingdom, but the ISO currency code is "GBP". The list of currency codes FedEx uses is available in the FedEx Developer Guide. You can open it only if you have a FedEx account.

Order Tracking

With the FedEx shipping services, different shipping rates are available that allow customers to choose the shipping method they want and check the delivery status of their package using the tracking number. Customers can find the tracking number on the order details pages for the posted shipments and return receipts in the Sana webstore.
